Do you ship worldwide? How much dose it cost for shipping?

Yes we do! Shipping cost has variation due to the quantity of jackets and the shipping countries. First, click on the reward tier and select your shipping destination. The cost will be listed automatically in the system.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We offered exchange policy for another size and color once. But we do not have free returns and exchanges. You are responsible for shipping the jacket back at your own expense. The exchange jacket will be accepted only is the product is unused, unworn and with all the tags attached as original. It will be no cost to you if the jacket is received in a defect.

How does the size of Pilloon Jackets?

We provided both men and women cutting for Pilloon Jacket. Women cutting has streamline on waist for better body shape. We provided 13 sizes which can cover most body shape. The measurement is under the international standard like mainly outdoor brands in the market. Kindly reminder that measurement are recored in "CM”.

Are Pilloon Jackets waterproof?

The jackets are fully 100% waterproof which can stand with heavy rain through the international SGS testing.
